Ananda ~ Health and Wellbeing was created by Hannah Parbatti after 20 + years in the Health, Fitness and Wellbeing industry working as a lecturer in Education, as a health and wellbeing manager,Coach and mentor, personal trainer and group exercise teacher. 

Ananda ~ Health and Wellbeing was created to deliver health and wellbeing behaviour change training in the workplace alongside yoga classes, mindfulness meditation and massage therapy for corporate and business clients as well as in the community.

There are a range of yoga classes to choose from including Hatha Flow, Sivananda, Calm and Fitness Yoga. Hannah has a varied and diverse background in fitness and dance and over the years has competed in local crossfit events, half marathons, and has done successful body transformations for the stage alongside training others and teaching. She continues to enjoy lifting weights, running and cycling alongside her regular yoga practice.  

All services (excluding body massage) can be delivered in the workplace, community venue, home space or virtually. 

Hannah is thrilled to be offering services to members of the BAD RAT Runners and if there is enough demand would be happy to provide a bespoke yoga class for runners. The current virtual yoga studio prices have been heavily subsidised for the Covid-19 lockdown (prices will increase once restrictions are lifted), so this is a great time to try something new to compliment your running.
