LK SOFT TISSUE THERAPY
Lesley of LK Soft Tissue Therapy is a trainee soft tissue therapist in sports massage and injury rehabilitation and is due to graduate to level 5 in the Summer of 2020.
Before lockdown Lesley was able to support local runners with pre and post race treatments, maintenance massages and injury rehabilitation programmes. As a runner and qualified run leader Lesley understands the importance of running goals, PB's and quashing those niggles.
Clients will benefit from reduced rate treatments, a professional local service and injury free running.
