Event Profile

The BADRAT Bolt is our clubs first ever race event taking place on May 17th 2026, and we're super excited! 

As per the original 'Bridgwater Bolt 10k' we're still starting at Chilton Trinity School, with the route taking you through the beautiful countryside in and around the villages of Chilton Trinity and Wembdon, near Bridgwater. However a reimagined route means there's no more 'rough and unsteady' terrain, and we've dropped one less hill for you to conquer which will hopefully mean a much faster route!

This is also an officially licensed England Athletics race and forms a new addition to the popular Somerset Series races for the 2026 calendar!

There is a race cut off time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Event marshals will be removed from the course at this time.
